What Playtomic’s leagues are

Playtomic Manager is a court booking and club management system. On its Champion and Master plans it includes leagues for padel and tennis. Teams find a league in the Playtomic app, add a teammate and pay one fee when they enrol. Teams play in groups, and when a manager closes a round they move up or down one group, by numbers the manager sets. Players can enter their own results in the Playtomic app. A league is launched and played in one club. Americano, Mexicano and King of the Court are separate tournament tools.

What Padeliga is

Padeliga runs the league and nothing else. Members join from a code or a QR poster with a name and a PIN, agree a time in the app, and book the court the way they already do, on Playtomic if that is what your club uses. One pair enters the score and the other confirms it. Staff see every league and knockout at the club on one screen in the club console.

When Playtomic’s own leagues are the simpler choice

You are already on the Champion or Master plan, so leagues are included in what you pay.
You want bookings, leagues and payments in one system, with league matches arranged on your courts.
You want entry fees taken in the app when a team enrols.
You want Americano or Mexicano nights from the same system. Padeliga does not run them.

When a league app alongside Playtomic helps

Your plan does not include leagues, and you want leagues without changing plan or booking system.
You want formats beyond groups: a new partner every matchday, knockouts, or small leagues into a knockout.
You want the other pair to confirm every score, so staff only see disputes.
You want members to join from a poster by the courts with a code, a name and a PIN.
You want staff to see every league on one screen, with one list of what needs a person.

How they work together

Nothing about bookings changes. Members agree a time in Padeliga and book the court on Playtomic as usual, so every league match is still a Playtomic booking. Padeliga can use the Playtomic level members enter when they join to seed divisions: see using Playtomic levels in a padel league.

Does Playtomic have leagues?

Yes. On 30 September 2026 its pricing page listed leagues on the Champion and Master plans of Playtomic Manager, not on Standard or Professional.

Can a club use Padeliga with Playtomic?

Yes. Padeliga does not book courts, so members keep booking on Playtomic. They agree a time in Padeliga and book the court the way they already do.

Is Padeliga an alternative to Playtomic?

No. Playtomic is a booking system and Padeliga is not. Padeliga runs leagues and knockouts alongside whichever booking system a club uses.

Can Padeliga use Playtomic levels?

Yes. A league can ask members for their Playtomic level when they join and seed divisions by it. Players never see each other’s level.

Does Padeliga take the league entry fee?

No. Padeliga never takes payments. Fees are paid to the club directly, and staff see who has paid.
