Padel league management for clubs
Every league at your club, on one screen.
A league puts matches on your courts every week of the season and gives members a reason to come back. Members join, arrange their matches and confirm scores on their phones. Your staff see only what needs a person.

- Court bookings 56 from one league of 16 over 14 weeks. That is 4 matches a week, and every match is a court booking.
- Repeat visits 14 matches for every player in those 14 weeks, one a week, so the next is always waiting.
- Community 15 different partners each in a Social league of 16 over 15 weeks, a new one every matchday.
- Staff time 10 minutes a week of staff time once a league is running, by our estimate.
Worked out from how Padeliga draws a league of 16 players, one matchday a week. These are not measured results. Work out your own numbers.
What a league does for your club
Each point is how a league works, not a result we have measured.
Court bookings
Every league match is a court booking. A league of 16 is 4 matches a week, 56 over a 14 week season. Members book the court the way they already do: Padeliga does not book courts.
Repeat visits
Each matchday has a date to play by, and in a league of 16 every player has a match on every one, so there is always a next match waiting. Notifications remind them about their own matches.
Community
In a Social league nobody needs a partner to join, and the app draws a new one every matchday. In a league of 16, everyone partners all 15 of the others.
New players
Open leagues sit on a club board in the app with a level range and places left, and every league gets a QR poster. A beginners league gives new players a way in.
The next season
A season has a finish date, and the next one starts in one tap with the same players and divisions moved up and down. In Divisions, players say in the app if they are playing again.
Events to promote
A season can end on a finals night: a Knockout, a Champion of champions final or finals for the top of each division. That is an evening to put on the calendar and promote.
Matches spread across the week: each one has a date to play by, not a fixed slot, and the two pairs choose a time that suits them. Padeliga does not pick times, so it cannot promise to fill quiet courts.
What one league puts on your courts
Pick a style and move the sliders. The numbers follow the way the app draws a league, one matchday a week.
Less admin for your staff
Members run their own matches. Staff only step in when something needs a person: about 10 minutes a week once a league is running, by our estimate.
Members do it themselves
- Join from the poster. Scan the QR code or type the six character code, then a name and a PIN. No account and no training.
- Agree a time with the other pair in the app, and book the court the way they do now.
- Confirm each other’s scores. The table updates the moment both pairs agree.
- Get reminders about their own matches: the draw, a time to answer, a score to check, a match running late.
Your staff
- Set each league up once: the style, the dates, any entry fee and the poster.
- Answer what needs a person: an unpaid fee, a request for more time, a score two pairs cannot agree.
- Send an announcement that lands as a notification on every phone in the league.
- Start the next season in one tap, with the same players and divisions moved up and down.
Leagues for every level, from beginners up
Your open leagues sit on a club board on members’ home screens, each with its level range, a Casual or Competitive tag, the start date, places left and any entry fee. Members tap Join and they are in. More in running a club padel programme.
- Ask for a Playtomic level when people join (optional), and seed divisions by it so the strongest start in Division 1.
- Keep apart: name two people who should not be drawn together, and the draw keeps them apart wherever it can.

The club console
Padel club software for league management, not court booking. Staff log in on a separate website with their work email.
Every league on one screen
Players, matches played, what landed on time and what is overdue, with one Needs an answer list across the club.
Entry fees paid to the club
Set a fee and how to pay it: bank details, your own payment link or a note. Padeliga never takes payments.
Posters with a QR code
An A4 sign up poster for every league, with the join code printed large.
Exports
Players, fixtures, results and league health as spreadsheets for Excel or Google Sheets.
Five formats, including box leagues
Run as many side by side as your courts allow. Looking for padel box league software? That is the Divisions style: the top go up and the bottom go down. Every format explained, or box league or ladder.
Classic
Fixed pairs, everyone plays everyone, one table for the season.
Social
A new partner every matchday. The table is per person.
Divisions
The box league: play everyone in your division, then the top go up and the bottom go down.
Champion of champions
Small leagues first, then the top two of each pair up for a knockout.
Knockout
Lose once and you are out. Good for a finals night.

Questions clubs ask
Do members need training?
No. They join from the poster with a code, a name and a PIN. Each match shows what to do next, and notifications tell them when something needs an answer.
How many court bookings does a league make?
Every league match is one court booking, made by your members the way they book now. A league of 16 players is 4 matches a week, so a 14 week season is 56 bookings. The calculator works it out for your numbers.
Will it fill our off-peak courts?
It does not choose times. Each match has a date to play by rather than a fixed slot, so the two pairs arrange it when they can both play, across the week. If you would like league matches at quieter times, say so in an announcement to the league.
How much staff time does it take?
Our estimate is about 10 minutes a week once a league is running: answering the Needs an answer list, marking entry fees paid and sending an announcement when there is news. Most of the work is at the start of a season.
Does it replace our court booking system?
No. Padeliga does not book courts. Members agree a time in the app and book the way they do now, and the app records when and where they are playing.
How do entry fees work?
You set the fee and how to pay it, and the money goes straight to the club. Padeliga never takes payments. The console lists who has not paid yet.
What happens after the 90 days?
We look at what actually happened together and agree pricing at that review. Members never pay, and leagues of 16 or fewer are free.
Where is member data kept, and who sees it?
In a database in the EU (Ireland). Members give a name, a PIN and a phone number only if the league asks. Staff never see phone numbers, on screen or in an export. No adverts, no tracking, and members can delete themselves at any time. Exactly what is stored.
Is there a chat?
No. A league can show a button to join its WhatsApp group, and if it collects phone numbers, one tap opens WhatsApp with the message already written. For news from the club, an announcement reaches every phone in the league.
What about members on Android?
iPhone members use the App Store app. Android members use it in the browser until the Google Play listing opens: it installs in one tap, with its own icon and notifications.
