Our comparison
A Tournify alternative for padel clubs
In short
Tournify is tournament software for many sports, from the Netherlands, with groups and knockouts, drag and drop scheduling across courts, referees, paid registration and an app for players and spectators, priced per event. Padeliga is for club leagues that run over weeks: members get fixtures with deadlines, agree match times themselves, confirm each other’s scores and follow one table, free for members.
Who wrote this
We make Padeliga, so this is our comparison, not an independent review. We have kept it to facts you can check on Tournify’s own website and ours, included the rows where Tournify matches or does more than Padeliga, and listed our sources under the table so you can verify every line.
What each one is
Tournify is tournament and league software used by many organisers across sports, from a Dutch company. Organisers build the schedule on the website, across any number of courts, and players and spectators follow results in its app.
Padeliga is padel league software for UK clubs and venues. Members join from a code or a QR poster with a name and a PIN, agree match times in the app and confirm each other’s scores. Staff run every league from one club console.
Side by side
Compared on 4 October 2026: Tournify as described on its own website and app listings, and Padeliga as it works today.
| Tournify | Padeliga | |
|---|---|---|
| Made for | Tournament days and leagues in many sports | Padel leagues over weeks or months at clubs and venues |
| Formats | Groups, knockouts and friendlies, from templates or combined | Classic (fixed pairs), Social (new partner each week), Divisions (box leagues), Champion of champions and Knockout with a plate and third place |
| Scheduling | Drag and drop or automatic schedules across courts, with referees | Pairs agree a time in the app or add the time they agreed, with a deadline per match: organise by it, or play by it |
| Scores | Entered live by organisers, referees or others | One pair enters the score and the other pair confirms it. A score nobody answers confirms itself after 72 hours. |

| Notifications | Push notifications in the participant app | Push notifications for the draw, times, scores and deadlines, a button to the league’s WhatsApp group, and a WhatsApp group per match |

| Price | Per event: free up to 8 teams, EUR 40 up to 60 teams, EUR 120 unlimited (annual options offered) | Free for members. Clubs get a free 90-day trial, then pricing is agreed at a review. No public club price. |

Where Tournify is the better fit
- Tournament days on several courts, with drag and drop scheduling, referees and a live slideshow.
- Taking entry fees online at registration.
- Many sports, with an established app for players and spectators.
Where Padeliga is different
- Seasons, not event days. Each match has a deadline, the pairs agree their own time, and the table keeps itself.
- Players confirm each other’s scores, so nobody has to sit at a desk entering them.
- Box leagues with promotion and relegation and leagues that end in a knockout.
- Free for members, with no price per event.
What Padeliga does not do: it does not book courts or take payments, it has no tournament day court scheduler or live scoring, and it runs padel only. A challenge ladder is coming but not yet live.
