How to ask for more time on a match
In short
Open the match and tap Ask for more time. Pick a date you can both make, say why, and tap Send it to the admin. Whoever runs the league says yes or no, and you are told either way. It moves your match only. Everybody else keeps their date.
Ask for more time
- Open the match from Home or the Fixtures tab.
- Under Need longer?, tap Ask for more time.
- Pick A date you can both make.
- Under Why? The admin sees this, say why, for example that you are both away that week. A reason is needed.
- Tap Send it to the admin.
While you wait
The match shows the date you asked for and that it is waiting on the admin. You can still tap Ask for a different date, or Withdraw the request.
The answer
- More time given: the match now has to be played by the new date.
- No extra time: it still has to be played by the original date.
Tap Got it to clear the message.
For whoever runs the league
- In the app: open Admin, then Overview. Requests are under Asking for more time. Tap one, check the date under Give them until, then tap Give them the time or No, keep the date.
- In the club console: requests are in Needs an answer on the Dashboard, under Extension requests. Press Accept or Decline. See Needs an answer.

Questions
Does asking for more time move the whole matchday?
No. It moves your match only, and only if the admin says yes. Everybody else keeps their date.
Who decides?
Whoever runs the league: the league admin in the app, or club staff in the club console.
What if the deadline has already passed?
You can still ask. The dates offered start from today.
