How to export players, fixtures and results

From the club console

1. Open Exports in the sidebar.
2. Set the period (Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year or All time) and the league filter at the top. Every file follows them, so what you download is what is on screen.
3. Press Download CSV next to the file you want.

• Players: one row a person: leagues, matches played, on time, last played, seasons.
• Fixtures and results: league, matchday, deadline, both pairs, the score, when the result went in, whether it beat the deadline, and the agreed start time.
• League health: status, players, played, on time, overdue, next deadline, last activity.

The files are built in your browser and saved to your downloads. They open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.

One league, one season

1. Open the league and go to its Season tab.
2. Under Export, pick the Season if the league has had more than one.
3. Press Export CSV.

It has every match with its court hours, its venue, both pairs, both players a side and the set scores.

From the app, for a friends league

Open Admin, then Season, and tap Download everything as CSV. You get the table and every fixture with its score. Printable fixtures, next to it, is the version for the wall.

What is not in an export

Names only. Exports never carry members' phone numbers, and club staff never see them on screen either.
