Forgotten your PIN

In short

Nobody can read a PIN back, including the person running the league, so it cannot be sent to you. Ask whoever runs your league to reset it. Then sign in with the join code, the name you joined with and the new PIN, and change it to one of your own.

Ask whoever runs your league

Your PIN is stored scrambled, so there is no "send me my PIN". Each league has its own PIN, so you only need a new one for the league you are locked out of.

  • A league run by a friend: ask the league admin. They open Admin, then People, tap the ··· next to your name, type a new PIN under Reset their PIN and tap Reset.
  • A league run by your club: ask at the desk. Staff open the league in the club console, go to People, tap your name and press Reset their PIN. You get a new four digit PIN, read out or written down once.

Sign in with the new PIN

  1. Open Padeliga and type the league's join code, then tap Continue. If you were signed out, the league may already be showing.
  2. Tap Sign in.
  3. Type the name you joined with and the new PIN, and tap Sign in.
  4. If the club reset it, the app asks you to Pick your own PIN straight away. Type it twice and tap Save it.

Change your PIN yourself

Signed in and want a different PIN? Open the league, go to the League tab, tap Your name and PIN, type a New PIN and tap Save. Leave the box blank to keep the one you have.

Pick 4 digits or more. Runs like 1234, repeats like 1111 and years are refused, because your PIN is what signs off a score as you.

Questions

Can Padeliga tell me my PIN?

No. PINs are stored scrambled and nobody can read them back. Whoever runs the league can set a new one.

Is my PIN the same in every league?

Not unless you choose that. Each league has its own PIN. When you join another league the app offers the last one you used, and you can change it there.

Who runs my league?

In a friends league, the person who started it in the app. In a club league, the club staff, from the club console.
